Office Manager (32 – 40 uur) (M/V)

Pixelpool is een internationaal bedrijf met kantoren in Den Haag, Portland (US), Londen (UK),  Sofia (BG) en Wroclaw (PL), gespecialiseerd in het genereren van 3D digitale beelden van kleding al dan niet in combinatie met de presentatie in een (virtual reality) showroom. Daarnaast is Pixelpool actief op het gebied van het maken van fotorealistische renders (tekeningen) met name gericht op de retail en de architectuur markt.

We zijn op zoek naar een Office Manager. Je gaat werken vanuit ons kantoor in Den Haag, vlak in de buurt van station Hollands Spoor.

Je zult een breed scala aan taken uitvoeren, waaronder 

Office management:

  • Bieden van facilitaire ondersteuning (bijvoorbeeld beheren van de voorraad en verzorgen van de ordelijkheid van het kantoor)
  • Verwelkomen van bezoekers en het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoontjes
  • Uitvoeren van de dagelijks voorkomende secretariële taken
  • Coördineren van afspraken en vergaderingen en beheren van kalenders en planningen van het personeel
  • Coördineren van binnenlandse en internationale reizen, inclusief reserveringen voor vluchten, hotels en autoverhuur 

Finance:

  • Crediteuren administratie voor alle vestigingen
  • Bankboekingen
  • Verwerking crediteurenbetalingen
  • Andere ad hoc-taken met betrekking tot de financiële administratie

Kwalificaties en andere vereisten:

  • Opleidingsniveau: MBO
  • Relevante werkervaring
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
  • Goede kennis van en affiniteit met IT-systemen
  • Kennis van Oracle Netsuite is een voordeel
  • Gemotiveerd en goed georganiseerd
  • Team speler
  • Snelle starter en in staat om taken efficiënt en accuraat uit te voeren

Technical Lead

Location: The Hague (Den Haag), The Netherlands or Portland, OR 97201, US 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a dedicated team of developers and game artist to develop core systems for our clients in Unreal Engine 4.
  • Coordinate with your team to define development timeframes, dependencies, and areas of risk to be considered in project planning.
  • Develop framework, new features, reusable components, and documentation.
  • Attend client calls as technical expert and offer advice or qualified recommendations based on clear and relevant information.
  • Participate in team training, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree
  • Ability to communicate effectively and feel comfortable working in an international team
  • Knowledge of Development Lifecycle methodologies, Project and People Management
  • Proven experience building software (games or apps), ideally that are consumer facing and content driven
  • Proven ability to write documented, unit testable, C++ code
  • Ability to quickly find creative solutions to difficult problems
  • 5+ years of Application Development experience with 2+ years in a Lead position
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 is a huge pre
  • Network and/or web development experience is a pre

Unreal Engineers (Unreal Engine 4, Blueprint, C++)

We are looking for a new colleague at both locations

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Implementing systems in Unreal Engine 4
  • Backend programming and integration
  • Tool creation to support systems
  • System and shell optimization
  • Providing guidance to visual and technical artists
  • Establishing best practices as part of the development team
  • Collaborating with designers to create and improve the core systems

Qualifications and Skills

  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science
  • Two years programming experience in C++
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and implement features rapidly and reliably
  • Comfortable in solving problems outside of primary expertise
  • A desire to work in a positive, collaborative and international team environment
  • Unreal/Game Experience
